I work closely with physicians and industry stakeholders to understand their needs, develop tailored educational programs, and create long-term value for both physicians and patients.

Victoria Zykova

Victoria Zykova brings more than 15 years of international business development and sales leadership to her role as Senior Manager, European Product Strategy at MD Education. Having built and led B2B sales, key account and product strategy functions across Europe, China, South Korea, Japan and the US, Victoria now owns MD Education's product strategy across Europe, driving sales and shaping the product portfolio in close collaboration with the industry stakeholders who help deliver better outcomes for clinicians and patients.

Julia Schaller

As an Account Executive in Product Sales and Business Development at MD Education covering the DACH region, I bring a focus on building strong client relationships and finding opportunities that drive growth. My goal is to develop those relationships with the industry in order to create a real value for patients and physicians.

As a Finance and Office Administrator at MD Education, I manage the financial processes that support the delivery of international medical education conferences, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across every project. Prior to joining MD Education, I worked at Leeds Beckett University and Lancaster University, where I gained experience in global mobility, partnership development and financial administration. At Leeds Beckett University, I worked closely with the School of Health to coordinate international programmes and events, including overseas summer schools, giving me first-hand experience of healthcare education. My role at Lancaster University also involved advising on international payroll, tax and compliance within a global mobility setting. I enjoy applying this experience to support MD Education’s mission of delivering high-quality medical education conferences worldwide.

I am a dedicated Senior Team Manager & Project Manager at MD Education, specializing in coordinating global medical conferences. I have a passion for organization and detail, and I pride myself on ensuring seamless execution of educational events. My expertise lies in orchestrating logistics and fostering collaboration among diverse teams.

Cristina Anton

As a Lead Project Manager at MD Education’s Wigan office since 2022, I organize international medical conferences with a focus on breast cancer and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Originally from Romania, I have been based in the UK since 2015. My diverse background across sectors helps me deliver high-quality, impactful educational programs. Aimée Williams

I am a Senior Project Manager at MD Education, having joined the team in 2022. I specialise in the coordination and delivery of international medical education meetings. Drawing on my degree in Event Management and hospitality management training in the USA, I bring a strong foundation in event planning and client service. I work closely with faculty, partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality conferences, with a strong focus on organisation, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Neve Rowlands

I am a Senior Project Manager at MD Education and have been with the company since 2023. I currently oversee logistics for our CLL & Lymphoma events across the US and Europe. My role involves providing comprehensive logistical support, including financial management and event coordination. I work closely with KOLs, junior faculty, fellows, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of each event. I take great pride in contributing to the success of our meetings, helping to create well-organised, engaging, and valuable educational experiences for all attendees.

Alex Worthington
